A holistic philosophy is best when it comes to recovering from pain and injury and promoting good health. We recognize the therapeutic benefits of hands-on care. When it comes to recovering from pain or injury, keeping your muscles limber between training sessions, reducing stress, or practicing routine self-care, our approach to massage therapy integrates scientific insights with a personalized touch.

Mark has been practicing physiotherapy since 2013 after graduating with a Master’s of Science in Physiotherapy with distinction from Glasgow Caledonian University. He is always on the move and is a long-time weightlifter, yoga teacher, and enjoys running, hiking, cycling, skiing, curling, and walking his dog through Calgary’s parks and trails. His diverse interests and active lifestyle reflect his dedication to helping others live well.

His clinical work is focused primarily on sports and musculoskeletal injuries and chronic pain, but also includes osteoarthritis management, pre- and post-operative care, acute and chronic whiplash, concussion and brain injury, CRPS/RSD, stroke, multiple sclerosis, and Parkinson’s disease.

Mark has worked with numerous athletes competing at national and international levels and has earned a respected reputation in rehabilitating complex workplace injuries from the Fort McMurray oilsands as well as in helping individuals with chronic conditions regain their function and quality of life.

Mark has also worked as an assessing physiotherapist for the Worker’s Compensation Board of Alberta in the management of complex shoulder injuries. He has contributed to numerous pieces of published research from his previous role at the Recovery and Performance Laboratory in the Faculty of Medicine at Memorial University of Newfoundland, where he was involved with work focused on the effects of exercise on brain recovery after stroke and on healthy aging with MS.

Brielle is a Registered Kinesiologist specializing in helping individuals achieve optimal physical health and well-being. She graduated from the University of Mount Royal in 2024, earning a Bachelors of Health and Physical Education with a minor in Physical Literacy. With experience as a CSEP-Certified Personal Trainer and NCCP Certified Olympic Weightlifting Coach, Brielle’s dedication and knowledge have made her a respected professional in her field. She is a competitive Olympic-style weightlifter, having taken part in and placed in several provincial and regional competitions and recently qualified at the national level.

Brielle utilizes her knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics to create personalized exercise and rehabilitation programs. She focuses on providing patients with the tools and information on physical literacy, optimizing everyday physical activities, enhancing athletic performance, and preventing and managing injuries effectively.

Jasmine has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2021 after making a career switch from corporate life, although she has been passionate about massage long before choosing it as her second career. Graduating with honors from Mohawk College in Hamilton, ON, she has since worked in various clinics, collaborating with expert manual therapists and clinicians to advance her knowledge and provide comprehensive treatment to her clients. She believes in addressing issues based on each individual’s personal treatment preferences and needs, working with the body’s natural tendencies rather than against them.

Jasmine’s experience spans a diverse range of clients of different ages, lifestyles, jobs, sports backgrounds, and hobbies. Whether helping a office workers or national- and internationally-recognized athletes, her goal is to relieve discomfort, improve mobility and function, and to educate on how to best manage pain and injury between visits while promoting future prevention. In addition to being skilled in a variety of hands on techniques and modalities such as cupping, her approach often includes educating on proper movement, rehabilitative exercises, and optimizing rest and recovery.
